2. Morayfield Used Cars is required to pursuant to the Motor Dealers and Chattel Auctioneers Act 2014 (QLD) and the Income Tax Act 1986 (C'th) to obtain some of your personal information as set out in this contract.

3. Your personal information in this contract will be used primarily by Morayfield Used Cars to servicing of, and warranty claims in relation to the vehicle including the recall and replacement of products affecting the use of the vehicle.

4. Your personal information may be provided by Morayfield Used Cars to the QLD Department of Transport and Main Roads, insurance companies, State and Federal investigating and prosecution authorities and other parties legally entitled to the personal information.
